For me, Greatest Hits packages should deliver exactly that and there can be no complaining about Ringo's set, encompassing his hits from the first half of the 70s. The collection makes surprisingly good listening, although with the addition of extra tracks, all these "greatest hits" can now be found on his two most successful albums, Ringo & Goodnight Vienna:
It Don't Come Easy was Ringo's first single written and recorded with the help of George Harrison in mid 1971, it's very much got that Harrison/ All Thing Must Pass sound with massed horns and massed back-up singers.
Early 1970 was the single's b-side and it was a little county number with a state-of-play report of what was going on in Beatle-land just after the split...and Ringo's stated hope of the band's reconciliation. By the way, both songs are now available as extra tracks on the album, Ringo.

It Don't Come Easy
Back Off Boogaloo was Ringo's 1972 single, a fairly open letter to Paul McCartney Re: The Apple wranglings with George Harrison providing the angry lead guitar. It's now available as an extra track on the album, Goodnight Vienna.
Photograph, You're Sixteen & Oh My My were all big interbational hits from the Ringo album, while I'm The Greatest, Only You, No, No Song Hoyt Axton's No, No Song&Goodnight Vienna were from his next album, Goodnight Vienna.
Ringo Starr:Blast From Your Past
"...Released in 1975, Blast From Your Past is a free-wheeling collection of Ringo Starr's solo work. Along with the essential hits It Don't Come Easy, Photograph and No No Song, the CD includes Ringo's underrated B-side "Early 1970" and the nostalgic "I'm the Greatest" - his 1973 Beatle reunion with John and George. Still enjoyable after all these years..."Amazon reviewer Scott Rivers
So, there you have it, short and sweet. Originally released in the mid-70s, there aren't really any "hits" to add to the collection...although Ringo has continued to release albums every once in a while. So much so, that he's recently released a new Greatest Hits compilation, this time a 2-disc version.
Ringo's Greatest Hits + DVD
"...Great compilation of songs, including some of Ringo's most popular. Double the fun because it includes a CD and a DVD. Very entertaining..."Amazon reviewer Midtown Girl
"I already had BLAST FROM YOUR PAST, Ringo's greatest hits package that came out probably 25 years ago. This has most of the same songs on it but the sound quality is s-o-o-o-o much better. I really enjoy it and it is in regular rotation on my CD changer..."Amazon reviewer Noble Adams
"...the DVD has...great videos of:
It Don't Come Easy
Back Off Boogaloo
You're Sixteen (You're Beautiful And You're Mine) and more!
A few patches look like home movies more than a professional video; but it's fascinating and enjoyable to watch..."Amazon reviewer Matthew G. Sherman
